Thank you for shopping with Eternal Grace Journals. We want your experience with us to be smooth and worry-free. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All of our journals are made to order through our trusted print partner, Printify.

Processing time: 3–7 business days before shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your item has shipped.
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
2. Shipping Information

Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Times: Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after production, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
You may receive your order in more than one package if you purchase multiple items.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Because each journal is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering errors, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a replacement:

Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed.
If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase at support@eternalgracejournals.com.
After that, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Eternal Grace Journals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us — we’ll help investigate and work with Printify to resolve the issue.
