Because each journal is printed on demand, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective (see Section 5).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, error, or violation of these Terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices may change without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments, and we do not store or have access to your full payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through Printify and shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.
Delivery times may vary based on production and shipping location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or ordering mistakes.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eternalgracejournals.com with a photo and description.
We will work with Printify to replace the item at no extra cost to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, product designs, text, images, and brand name “Eternal Grace Journals” — is owned by us and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eternal Grace Journals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your use of our Site or products.
We make every effort to ensure product quality and accurate descriptions, but we cannot guarantee that colors or designs will appear identical on all devices.
